We are looking for a "Senior Architectural Expert" in Gurugram, India at Deutsche Bahn Engineering Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design of elevated metro stations, viaducts, entry/exit structures, and auxiliary buildings.
Ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and contextually appropriate.
Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and systems teams for integrated design solutions.
Review and approve architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety norms, accessibility standards, and metro guidelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor architectural execution and quality of finishes.
Liaise with urban planning authorities and stakeholders for design approvals.
Incorporate sustainable and green building practices into station architecture.
Enhance passenger experience through thoughtful design of circulation, lighting, signage, and ventilation.
Maintain documentation of design iterations, approvals, and site observations.
Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to constructability and safety.
Support presentations and technical discussions with clients, consultants, and government bodies.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Architecture
At least 15 years of Professional Experience. Profound experience in Metro Rail projects.
More than 5/3 years the General consultancy / General engineering consultancy / Project management consultancy / Independent engineers for project implementation authority for the Metro rail projects.
English knowledge is required; Knowledge of local language (Hindi) will add more value.
