Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Metro Cafe Crew Member at Kuber Grains & Spices Pvt. Ltd. located in South Delhi. The Crew Member will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cafe, handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities may include restocking supplies and assisting in inventory control.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
• Experience in food and beverage preparation and service
• Basic arithmetic skills for handling payments and transactions
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
