You are a Data Analyst & Visualization specialist at Citi, responsible for developing high-performance Analytical Dashboards for senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with various teams and subject matter experts to design, validate, and deploy MVPs and ready-to-deploy solutions. Your role involves assessing, evaluating, and analyzing data challenges, offering recommendations for resolution, and ensuring data integrity. Your responsibilities include working with business and IT teams to build technical solutions using diverse data sources, creating impactful analytical dashboards, and enhancing data quality processes. You will design and implement data-intensive solutions from data acquisition to distribution, analyze complex reports, and lead reengineering efforts to achieve organizational goals. As a seasoned professional with 9+ years of experience in Banking or Finance, you possess a broad understanding of the business technology landscape, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI. Your expertise extends to reading/writing to database systems, working with various data formats, ETL processes, task/job schedulers, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, you have a solid foundation in Data Science concepts and libraries. You are adaptable, creative, well-organized, and possess strong work ethics. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences and drive consensus. You excel in collaboration, building relationships, and delivering successful projects. Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications is expected, along with a Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience. As a key member of the Data Governance and Data Integration team at Citi, you play a crucial role in driving change, managing data quality, implementing emerging tools, and ensuring internal controls.
