I could have given zero. The worst office ambiance - looks like a market place, worst branch head (Raghavendra Hegde) - rest of the staff are good. Don't fall free prey for Raghavendra Hegde's words.

worst service in jayanagar branch, paid amount for reinstatement and gave good health form on the same day but they didn't re-instate. Sent refund cheque, but didn't receive the cheque because of old address. They could have called to the mobile number to issue the cheque.

Worst insurance company. They paly all dirty tricks to reject your application for surrendering the claim. Never choose PNB Metlife.
