Metallurgical Engineer

As a Material Analysis Specialist, your primary responsibility will involve conducting thorough assessments of incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. You will collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory, minimize waste, and ensure timely availability of materials. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying and implementing strategies to improve material handling processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise in material selection and failure analysis will be crucial in addressing production challenges and elevating product quality. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Previous experience in materials management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. The working hours for this position are Monday to Saturday on a rotational shift basis, encompassing both day and night shifts. Weekends will consist of 6 working days, with Sundays designated as off days. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as leave encashment and Provident Fund.
