Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a CAM Programming Engineer, located in Pune. The CAM Programming Engineer will be responsible for CAM programming of CNC machines: CNC Turning, VMC, 5-Axis machines, creating and optimizing machining processes, evaluating and selecting appropriate tools, performing simulations, and ensuring efficient and accurate manufacturing of precision components. Daily tasks will also include collaborating with the engineering team to improve production processes and resolving any programming issues that arise. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC programming and Master CAM software Experience in creating and optimizing machining processes Ability to evaluate and select appropriate tools for machining Skills in performing simulations and troubleshooting programming issues Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Relevant experience in precision machining and manufacturing Strong communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in the Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, or similar industries is a plus
