As a skilled Metal Fabricator at our company, your role will involve the fabrication and assembly of metal structures for pickleball and padel courts. Your expertise in metal fabrication, welding, and construction, along with your keen attention to detail and commitment to quality, will be instrumental in ensuring that our sports courts meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and aesthetics. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Fabrication & Welding:** Cut, shape, and assemble metal components (steel, aluminum, etc.) based on technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for court structures like fences, gates, and posts. - **Custom Design Implementation:** Collaborate with engineers and designers to bring custom court designs to life, ensuring precise measurements and specifications are met. - **Assembly & Installation:** Install fabricated metal parts on-site for pickleball and padel courts, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and structural integrity. - **Maintenance & Repairs:** Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on existing metal court structures, including resurfacing, welding, and reinforcing as needed. - **Material Handling:** Safely manage and transport metal materials and equipment to the site, ensuring proper tool usage. - **Quality Assurance:** Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and structural integrity to ensure compliance with safety standards. - **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations to maintain a secure working environment on-site and in the workshop. - **Collaboration:** Coordinate effectively with project managers, designers, and construction teams for timely and within budget project completion. **Qualification Required:** - Total work experience of 1 year in metal fabrication (Required) - Proficiency in English and Hindi (Required),
