As a Metal Fabricator at Ornate Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing fabrication projects with a focus on custom gates, railings, and luxury stair railings. Your responsibilities will include managing fabrication, welding, and finishing processes to deliver high-quality work while ensuring precise fitting and structural integrity for all fabricated items. Additionally, you will collaborate with the design team, lead a team of welders and painters, maintain quality control, and optimize production to meet project deadlines while upholding quality and safety standards. - Oversee and execute fabrication projects from technical drawings to finished products - Cut, weld, grind, and assemble metal components accurately - Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications - Manage a team of welders and painters, maintain quality control, and optimize production - Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues - Ensure timely delivery of projects while upholding quality and safety standards - Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator in architectural or structural metalwork - In-depth knowledge of fabrication techniques such as cutting, bending, fitting, and welding (MIG, TIG, ARC) - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately - Strong understanding of steel, iron, and other metal materials used in fabrication - Experience in surface finishing techniques like grinding, polishing, and painting preparation - Ability to manage and lead a team of welders and painters - Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards,
