Role Overview: As a Fabrication Supervisor, your role involves supervising the activities in the fabrication shop to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising Fabrication shop activities and ensuring daily work allocation is done properly - Implementing procedures applicable to fabrication shop activities - Maintaining housekeeping in the fabrication shop and handling matters related to discipline - Providing on-the-job training and motivation to employees - Handling fabrication shop related documents and subcontracted jobs - Executing fabrication activities assigned by the Operations Manager - Interacting with other functional departments for the well running of the fabrication shop - Ensuring Identification & Traceability at the shop floor level as per procedure - Making Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and arranging Welder Qualification along with a third party - Ensuring safe work practices and conditions for all shop personnel Qualification Required: - Relevant experience in fabrication shop supervision - Knowledge of fabrication procedures and safety practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to coordinate with various departments for smooth operations (Note: The company also offers benefits like cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund.
