Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagercoil for a Meta Business Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing social media sales channels such as Facebook and Instagram, growing the customer base, and increasing sales through effective marketing strategies. The role also involves interacting with clients via social media platforms, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service, as well as identifying opportunities for business growth and developing strategies to capitalize on them.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify and close opportunities to support growth objectives.
• Proven experience in Customer Service and Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
• Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• 1 year experience in e-commerce or international business.
