Are you a performance marketer who breathes Meta campaigns and thrives on leads that convert? Degreefyd is looking for a dynamic specialist to own and optimize our lead generation engine through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns for online degree programs.
• Drive high-quality leads within CPL goals across multiple student personas.
• Develop creatives (in collaboration with design) for carousel, video, and static ads.
• Regularly analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and fine-tune targeting.
• Work closely with the counseling and admissions team to qualify and refine lead quality.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, trends, and best practices in Meta advertising.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience (lead gen specifically).
• Deep understanding of Meta Business Manager, pixel, custom audiences, and lead forms.
• Ability to segment audiences based on behavior, interest, and funnel stage.
• Strong grasp of performance metrics like CPL, CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.
• Familiarity with higher education, ed-tech, or similar B2C campaigns is a bonus.
