We're Hiring: Meta Ads & Google PPC Specialist (2+ Years Experience)

Location: Bhopal (On-site)

Full-Time | Performance Marketing | Experience: 2+ Years

Are you passionate about paid advertising and driven by ROI-focused campaigns? We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist experienced in running Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) to join our growing team in Bhopal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Perform keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
• Optimize campaigns daily to achieve target CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR
• Set up and manage tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4
• Collaborate with content/design teams to develop ad creatives
• Run A/B tests for creatives, copies, and landing pages
• Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and strategy

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads & Google PPC
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics and conversion funnels
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GTM, GA4
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet KPIs
• Analytical mindset with creative approach to ads

• Experience in ed-tech or lead generation domains
• Familiarity with remarketing, custom/lookalike audiences
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
