Sales Executive (Admissions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls, handling walk-ins, and online inquiries regarding admissions.

• Counsel students and parents about our courses, programs, and admission procedures.

• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.

• Conduct telephonic or in-person counselling sessions to convert leads into admissions.

• Participate in seminars, school/college visits, and promotional events as needed.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrollment targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + Hindi )

• Strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities

• Confidence and a positive attitude

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Prior experience in the education or edtech sector is mandatory

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc. – MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in counselling/sales/telecalling/ is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
