Role Overview

We are looking for a Meta Ads Executive Intern who is analytical, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about performance marketing. The intern will work closely with our digital marketing team to plan, create, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads) campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads for study abroad programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and managing Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimize targeting.
• Help create engaging ad copies, creatives, and CTAs with the design/content team.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS.
• Support in A/B testing of creatives, ad sets, and placements.
• Track budgets, daily spends, and provide performance reports.
• Suggest new strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager tools, trends, and policies.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid advertising concepts.
• Analytical skills with the ability to read data and draw insights.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Creative thinking to test new ad ideas and hooks.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.
• Prior knowledge of lead generation campaigns is a plus (not mandatory).
