Job Description

NTT DATA is looking for a Messaging Services Specialist Advisor - MS Teams to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India. As a part of this inclusive and forward-thinking organization, you will be expected to demonstrate strong Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in technologies such as MS Teams, Direct routing, Enterprise vault, Zoom Telephony, and DID services management using available tools in Zoom. Your responsibilities will include managing Zoom and MS Teams in a cloud environment or as a hosted service, configuring and managing Direct Routing in Microsoft Teams, and overseeing team and channels in Microsoft Teams Audio conferencing users. Additionally, you should have intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony, server, and networking principles relevant to the enterprise environment. You will be responsible for performing maintenance on existing operating systems, evaluating, engineering, testing, recommending, and implementing secure infrastructures. You will also act as a resource for system escalation issues, document platform standards and processes for ongoing operations, and gather business requirements for system design. Your role will involve scheduling and coordinating installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network, ensuring compatibility of all communications and computer hardware/software, performing root cause analysis on failed components, and providing ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements, innovations, and solutions. You will be accountable for following company-specific systems engineering standards, managing acquisitions" messaging environments under NTT Data Services, providing executive support escalations, RCA for high severity issues, CRQ Deployments during weekends and holidays, on-call support during weekends, and offering technical documentation and training to L1 and Service desk.
