NTT DATA is looking for a Messaging Services Advisor - MS Teams to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Messaging Services Advisor, you will be responsible for managing MS Teams, Direct Routing, Enterprise Vault, and Zoom Telephony services. You will be in charge of creating and routing Zoom Telephony, managing DID services using available tools in Zoom, and handling MS Teams and Zoom residing in a cloud environment or obtained as a hosted service. Your role will involve configuring and managing Direct Routing in Microsoft Teams, managing teams and channels in Microsoft Teams, and supporting audio conferencing users. You should have intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony and understanding of Server and Networking principles in an enterprise environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing maintenance on existing operating systems, evaluating and implementing secure infrastructures, and serving as a resource for system escalation issues. As a Messaging Services Advisor, you will document platform standards and processes for ongoing operations, gather business requirements for system design, and validate recommended solutions for Change Management. You will schedule and coordinate installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network, perform root cause analysis on failed components, and provide ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers regarding enhancements and solutions. You will also be involved in adding acquisitions" messaging environment under NTT Data Services, providing executive support escalations, handling RCA for high severity issues, CRQ deployments during weekends and holidays, and participating in on-call support shifts for all required work during weekends. In addition, you will be responsible for providing technical documentation and training to L1 and Service desk.
