MS Teams Telephony Location: Chennai, Required years of experience: 6 to 8 Years - Translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Design and plan Microsoft Teams Phone solutions through Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans. - Configure Teams Phone policies and call queues. - Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams clients, devices, and Direct Routing connectivity. - Possess strong knowledge of IP telephony solutions, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Teams. - Enable users for Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing. - Have experience in performing SBC configurations. - Extend a Direct Routing infrastructure. - Manage Teams Rooms and video conferencing. - Manage Microsoft Teams Phone and other related devices. - Troubleshoot issues related to Teams Phone, Direct Routing, and network connectivity. - Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Teams telephony with other systems. - Exhibit good communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities to work as an individual contributor.
