A. Performing daily Health check of Mail & File archival Infra, SMTP journaling check, Replication check, Index backlog. B. Monitoring tasks like pending Archival, Mailbox in archival queue, pending Storage queue, Archival task status. C. Daily routine tasks like Archival task run, Zero archival, PST import, Assigning archive access to others. D. Long term tasks like adding LUNs as required for indexing/archival/Vault store. E. Maintaining and Backing up Vault store F. Compliance tasks like DA search issue, DA search access & export G. Working on issues like Placeholder disconnect fix, Indexing issues, Archival link not working, Mail not retrieving from Outlook H. Disk capacity utilization on all servers application health check I. DR drill EV environment to be run from DR Site B J. Installation of Mail & file archival servers in existing EV Infra wherever applicable. New Projects that will be included in the current scope of engagement: Version upgrades of the current version of Enterprise Vault as and when required once in a year. 2. Installation of Service Pack (SP) on Enterprise Vault server as and when required (E.g. Utilize French Language skills effectively. Maintain client satisfaction through prompt and effective communication. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Document and escalate complex issues for further analysis. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Service Desk Voice Support, French Language Strong understanding of IT service management principles. Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Knowledge of remote desktop applications and help desk software. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. This position is based at our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email archiving, migration strategies, troubleshooting, and data integrity management . Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and monitor email archive migrations using Transvault . Assess customer environments and recommend migration strategies . Configure and optimize Transvault software for seamless data transfer. Troubleshoot migration issues related to Exchange, Office 365, Enterprise Vault, and other email archives . Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process. Work closely with IT teams to minimize downtime and disruption . Provide post-migration support and documentation. Required Skills Experience: 3+ years of experience in email archive migrations. Hands-on experience with Transvault Migrator and other migration tools. Strong understanding of Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Enterprise Vault, and cloud email platforms . Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation. Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations . Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills . Strong communication skills for client interactions. Preferred Qualifications: Transvault certification (if available). Experience with cloud-based migration tools . Knowledge of Azure AD, M365 security compliance policies .
