Messaging Services Advisor - MS Teams

Role Overview: As a Messaging Services Advisor - MS Teams at NTT DATA in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, you will be responsible for managing Microsoft Teams, SFB, MS calling plan, Direct routing, Operator connect, team and channels in Microsoft Teams, and troubleshooting MS Teams client issues for end user support. You will also be involved in performing change management activities, maintaining intermediate knowledge of IP Telephony, and ensuring secure infrastructures. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate, engineer, test, recommend, and implement secure infrastructures. - Act as a resource for system escalation issues and document platform standards and processes. - Gather business requirements for system design and coordinate installation and maintenance of software/hardware on the network. - Conduct root cause analysis on failed components and provide ongoing information to leadership, customers, and peers. - Follow company-specific systems engineering standards and RCA for high severity issues. - Provide on-call support during weekends, technical documentation, and training to L1 team members. - Contribute to CRQ Deployments.
