Job Overview

Avodha EduTech is seeking a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Tutor to train students in full-stack web development. The tutor will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training sessions and guiding learners to become job-ready developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Explain full-stack development concepts with real-time projects
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions and live demonstrations
• Guide students in building REST APIs and full-stack applications
• Assist students with assignments, projects, and doubt-clearing sessions
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Prepare students for interviews and placement readiness
• Stay updated with the latest MERN stack trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and APIs
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear manner

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in MERN Stack development or training
• Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also apply
