As a highly skilled MERN Stack Team Lead with expertise in Next.js and Node.js, you will be joining a dynamic team at WebCastle, a professional web design company with a global presence in India, UAE, and the USA. With over 1000+ clients worldwide, WebCastle excels in web development and digital marketing, offering expert services including SEO, Mobile App Development, E-commerce development, and ERP development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers. - Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Utilize Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization. - Develop and optimize APIs using Node.js and Express.js. - Ensure high-quality code by enforcing coding standards, performing code reviews, and implementing best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers. - Implement and maintain security best practices, authentication mechanisms, and authorization protocols. - Manage deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues for web applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development. - Strong proficiency in Next.js and Node.js. - Experience with TypeScript is a plus. - Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Proficiency in database design and management using MongoDB. - Hands-on experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Recoil). - Strong understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with Next.js. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms is a plus. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Manage at least 5 members in a team. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
