As a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Team Lead, you will be leading a team of developers to drive the development of scalable web applications built on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js stack. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of MERN developers to deliver high-quality web applications. - Architecting scalable backend and frontend solutions using Node.js and React.js. - Reviewing and writing clean, modular, and maintainable code. - Coordinating with Product Owners, UI/UX designers, and QA to meet project goals. - Mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance. - Managing sprints, tracking progress, and ensuring timely project delivery. - Ensuring code and design quality through code reviews, best practices, and automated testing. - Optimizing performance, security, and scalability of applications. - Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem. Required Skills: - Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming. - Experience with state management tools like Redux/Zustand. - Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools. - Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus. - Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. - Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
