MERN Stack Developer (2 Yrs Exp)

We are seeking a talented MERN Stack Developer with a strong foundation in modern web technologies to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, along with proficiency in Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, and MariaDB/MySQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Develop responsive UI using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in TypeScript.
• Build RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Integrate and manage databases using MariaDB or MySQL.
• Collaborate with the design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
• Strong understanding of React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS for UI styling.
• Experience in TypeScript development.
• Knowledge of MariaDB/MySQL database systems.
• Familiarity with Git version control and RESTful API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
• Understanding of performance optimization and security best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
