MERN Developer

Key Responsibilities

Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain dynamic, data-driven web applications using the MERN stack.

Front-End Development (React):

• Implement user-facing features using React.js and its core principles (components, lifecycle methods, hooks).
• Develop reusable, high-performance UI components and front-end libraries.
• Ensure the application is fully responsive and optimized for cross-browser compatibility.

Back-End Development (Node.js & Express.js):

• Develop and manage scalable server-side logic using Node.js and the Express.js framework.
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs for data exchange between the front-end and back-end.

Database Management (MongoDB):

• Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and models for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Implement CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations and optimize database queries.

Code Quality & Collaboration:

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Deployment & Performance:

• Manage application state using libraries like Redux or Context API (for complex applications).
• Implement and manage version control using Git/GitHub.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
