Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, regulatory compliance, documentation, project management, market research, and post-deal integration in the context of M&A transactions. Your role will involve assessing target companies, determining fair values, identifying risks and opportunities, developing deal structures, ensuring regulatory compliance, preparing presentations and reports, managing projects, staying updated with market trends, and supporting post-deal integration efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of target companies or the organization's financials - Prepare financial models, evaluate key performance indicators, and identify potential risks and opportunities - Utilize various valuation methodologies to determine fair value - Analyze target companies' operations, financials, legal, and regulatory compliance during due diligence - Collaborate with senior management and legal teams to develop deal structures - Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements - Prepare detailed presentations, pitch books, and memorandums - Oversee the end-to-end process of M&A deals, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders - Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities - Support the integration of acquired companies post-M&A for smooth operations and synergy benefits Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, and financial due diligence - Proven experience in conducting M&A transactions - Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and deal structuring - Ability to prepare detailed presentations and reports - Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines - Proficiency in market research and analysis Additional Details: N/A Role Overview: You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, regulatory compliance, documentation, project management, market research, and post-deal integration in the context of M&A transactions.
