Scale the synthetic-content engine
Manage end-to-end workflows for generating, QAing, and publishing AI-generated images, look-books, and videos Set throughput, quality, and cost KPIs; drive continual process and prompt improvements with our GenAI squad Build dashboards to monitor image diversity, time-to-publish, and hit-rate on engagement metrics Merchandise the home feed Plan and launch daily/weekly hero banners, trend drops, and evergreen collections informed by synthetic-content insights Own the commercial merchandising calendar; hit GMV, CVR, and sell-through targets for homepage real estate What you bring 35 yrs in ops, e-commerce ideally in fashion marketplace environment Proven track record of scaling content pipelines or merchandising workflows Working knowledge of GenAI tooling (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALLE, etc) Analytical horsepowercomfortable in Mixpanel, Sheets/Excel Creative eye for trend & detail; can articulate briefs Bias to action: you thrive in founder-led, high-velocity teams Clear, persuasive communicationable to influence senior stakeholders Why Alle Directly influence the app's key real estates Experience rapid growth through hands-on challenges Your contributions will have a clear, visible impact ESOPs that can create a large financial outcome for you Work directly with the founders on key company initiatives Foster deep relationships in a tight-knit team Potential for rapid role advancement
