Job Summary:
The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and executing merchandise display strategies, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring optimal product assortment and visual presentation in the showroom to drive sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective merchandise displays based on current trends and inventory.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and stock teams to ensure timely availability of merchandise.
• Monitor product performance and recommend actions to optimize stock turnover and sales.
• Analyze customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Ensure that the showroom is always well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional displays and seasonal collections.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and stock movement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in textiles or fashion retail.
• Good sense of aesthetics and understanding of textile products and market trends.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with inventory management systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of fabrics, textile types, and fashion trends.
• Experience in visual merchandising and showroom display management.
• Customer-focused mind set with sales awareness.
