Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product displays, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels, and executing promotional activities. They will also collaborate with store managers and sales teams to drive sales and ensure product visibility. Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with team members and customers will be key tasks in this role. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Proven experience in Retail Knowledge of Marketing strategies and techniques Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus Two wheeler is mandatory
