Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Merchandiser role based in New Delhi. The Senior Merchandiser will be responsible for managing retail operations, coordinating with clients and teams to execute sales and marketing strategies effectively, analyzing market trends, and optimizing the customer experience. Additional tasks include inventory management, ensuring product availability, and building relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Retail, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business objectives.
• Experience in Marketing, including knowledge of market trends and strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in using retail management software or tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in New Delhi.
