Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Level Merchandiser to join our team at the TEJOO FASHIONS headquarters in Delhi. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of related work experience. The Merchandiser will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely product launches. The position demands a diligent and organized individual capable of enhancing product availability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications And Skills
- Possessing a diploma in apparel or fashion designing is mandatory for understanding the merchanizer's environment and tasks.
- Experience in launching new products and maintaining timely replenishment at stores is a mandatory skill for ensuring product availability.
- Strong expertise in crop top and Garara sharara and shrug is essential as it is part of the mandatory skill set for product handling and merchandising.
- Proficiency in managing readymade garments, especially kurtis and suits, is required for effective merchandising and inventory management.
- Experience in stock replenishment fundamentals is required to maintain adequate inventory levels and support sales objectives.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently to support store requirements.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales trends and determining inventory needs.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with store managers and suppliers for seamless operations and supply chain management.
