Merchandiser for Leather Garments

As a Merchandiser for Leather Garments, your role involves overseeing the entire process from raw material sourcing to final shipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and optimizing sales. Additionally, you will manage product appearance and supply in various stores within your designated geographic area. Your key responsibilities include: - Internal & external communication - Sampling - Preparing internal order sheets - In-housing accessories & trims - Preparing purchase orders - Obtaining approvals on lab dips - Advising and assisting production and quality departments - Taking responsibility for inspections - Providing shipping instructions and ensuring shipment follow-up To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills - Excellent knowledge of merchandising - Analytical mindset with attention to detail in managing product development - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and efficiency In terms of qualifications and experience, you must have graduated from NIFT or any reputed institution and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in Merchandising. Location: Noida Sector-57 Salary: Between 40k to 50k, with no constraints for good candidates. Immediate joiners are preferred. As a permanent employee, you will be entitled to Provident Fund benefits. The work location for this position is in person.
