Merchandiser for Leather Garments

As a Merchandiser for Leather Garments, your role will involve overseeing the entire process from raw material sourcing to final shipment. You will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and optimizing sales. In addition, you will be in charge of product appearance and supply in various stores within your designated geographic area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Internal & external communication - Sampling - Preparing internal order sheets - Managing accessories & trims in-house - Preparing purchase orders - Obtaining approvals on lab dips - Advising and assisting the production and quality department - Taking responsibility for inspections - Providing shipping instructions and monitoring shipment progress To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills - Excellent knowledge of merchandising - Analytical mindset with attention to detail in managing product development - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and efficiency In terms of qualifications and experience, you must have graduated from NIFT or any other reputed institution. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Merchandising is required. This permanent position is based in Noida Sector-57 with a salary ranging between 40k to 50k. However, there is no constraint for exceptional candidates, and immediate joiners will be preferred. Additionally, the company provides Provident Fund benefits. The work location is in person.
