Merchandiser

ob Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic "Merchandiser" to build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 2 (T2) and Tier 3 (T3) channel partners. The ideal candidate will conduct daily market visits, ensure brand presence through POSM installation, and act as a key point of contact between partners and the sales team. This role plays a vital part in strengthening our market presence and enabling sales growth across regional territories.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with T2 & T3 channel partners through regular in-person visits.

Act as the primary liaison to address partner needs, feedback, and support requirements.

2.Market Visits & Execution:

Conduct daily market visits to partner outlets to ensure brand visibility, engagement, and compliance.

Provide on-ground insights and feedback to sales and marketing teams.

3.POSM Installation & Compliance:

Ensure timely and proper installation of POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) across all partner locations.

Monitor and maintain POSM standards in accordance with brand guidelines.

4.Sales Enablement & Coordination:

Identify and redirect sales opportunities or issues raised by partners to relevant T2 partners or RSMs for resolution.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of partner requirements.

5.Process & Activity Execution:

Support the execution of all aligned promotional activities, schemes, and operational processes.

Maintain records of partner visits, feedback, and actions taken.
