Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Planning

Coordinate with designers and product development teams to create seasonal collections.
Develop product range plans in line with brand identity and market needs.
Analyze past sales trends and forecast future product demand.

Sourcing & Vendor Management

Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from local and international suppliers.
Negotiate costs, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors and manufacturers.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Order Management

Handle buyer communications, order processing, and follow-up from sampling to final shipment.
Monitor production status and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and buyer specifications.

Market & Trend Analysis

Stay up-to-date with global fashion trends, seasonal colors, and consumer preferences.
Conduct competitor analysis to inform design and pricing strategies.

Documentation & Reporting

Prepare costing sheets, tech packs, time & action (T&A) calendars.
Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, and correspondence

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Merchandising, or International Business.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), especially for dealing with overseas clients.
Good understanding of garment, textiles, and production processes.
