Merchandise Manager-Apparels

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end uniform category operations at Inventre. This includes engaging with clients to explain fabric quality, finalizing pricing strategies, processing orders, managing inventory, setting up trial stores, coordinating production, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with schools and clients to explain fabric quality, design, and product detailing for effective deal closure. - Analyse costs and determine competitive and profitable pricing for uniforms and garments. - Release confirmed orders to production teams with clear requirements, timelines, and specifications. - Monitor and maintain optimum stock levels to ensure timely fulfilment and reduce excess inventory. - Coordinate and manage the setup of trial stores at school locations for sample fittings and selections. - Organize and manage size trials for students to optimize order accuracy and reduce returns/exchanges. - Follow up with production teams to track progress, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards. - Liaise with production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of uniforms to clients. - Maintain records of deals, production schedules, and delivery status, and provide regular updates to management. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum 2-3 years in apparel, uniforms, or category/product management preferred. Skillset: - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Understanding of fabrics, garment production, and supply chain. - Proficiency in Excel and inventory/ERP systems. - Highly organized and detail-oriented. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines simultaneously.,
