Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Trainer to join our expert faculty team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in teaching or working with MEP systems and software tools. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering online sessions, preparing course content, and helping learners gain job-ready skills in MEP engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging online training sessions on MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting.
• Teach design and drafting software such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, or similar tools.
• Prepare learning materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry standards.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant case studies or real-life projects.
• Guide students on practical applications and career paths in the MEP domain.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to update course content when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in MEP industry or training roles.
• Proficiency in MEP software tools (AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, HAP, etc.).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience (preferred).
• Passion for education and upskilling students.
