MEP Supervisor

• Supervision and Coordination:
• Directly supervise MEP teams, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians.
• Coordinate MEP work with other trades on the project (e.g., construction, architectural).
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members.
• Quality Control and Compliance:
• Ensure all MEP work is performed to the required quality standards and specifications.
• Verify compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and identify any issues.
• Resource Management:
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment needed for MEP work.
• Track inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot MEP system malfunctions and failures.
• Develop and implement solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide technical guidance to team members on complex problems.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare reports on project progress, resource utilization, and any encountered issues.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Safety Management:
• Enforce safety procedures and regulations on the job site.
• Promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions.
• Training and Development:
• Mentor and train junior staff members.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on technical skills and safety practices.
