1. Business Volume

- Study of tender documents, scope of work, drawing, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), Specification, client requirement etc. for proper estimation/Procurement of work.

- Preparing and send request for quote to all the suppliers to prepare the offer.

2. Estimation capabilities: Specialist in ELV(Extra Low Voltage) Networking , AV (Audio Visual),BMS (Billing Management Systems), CCTV, ACS(Access Control System), FA (Fire Alarm, PA (Public address) , and FPS(Fire Protection System)

- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for ELV system including CCTV, Networking/Data, AV, ACS, BMS, FA, PA and FPS)

3. Gross Margin

- Prioritize the request for quote that require more time for quotation and for major items

- Submission of offers to the consultants

- Coordination with sales team for projects to get finalized.

- Coordination with procurement to get best rates of material and execution team to get final labor rates.

4. Vendor Empanelment

- Developing & empanelling contractors for different type of works.

- Review of vendors documents based on specifications

5. Technical Support

- Work in coordination with engineers of projects

- Analyze tender documents, drawing and specification to determine project scope and cost.

- Prepare Bill of materials and details cost breakdown for materials , labour and OH+Profit.

- Review and understand technical designs and drawings to ensure alignment with project requirement.

- Value Engineering.

- Handover of approved final cost estimation along with all relevant drawings etc to Execution/ Purchase team.

6. Compliance & standards

- Ensure that all estimates adhere to industry standards and local authority regulation.

- Stay up to date with changes in ELV system technologies, building codes and standards.

Qualifications Required:

Diploma / Degree (Electrical)
