Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising MEP Installation:

  Managing and overseeing the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on site, ensuring they align with project specifications and quality standards.

• Coordination and Communication:

  Collaborating with project managers, architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure smooth integration of MEP systems into the overall project.

• Quality Control:

  Conducting regular inspections and quality checks on MEP installations to identify and rectify any issues or discrepancies.

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensuring all MEP work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment.

• Problem Solving:

  Identifying and resolving any technical issues or challenges that arise during the installation or operation of MEP systems.

• Documentation:

  Maintaining accurate records of MEP work, including as-built drawings, material specifications, and installation reports.

• Adherence to Codes and Standards:

  Ensuring all MEP systems comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Project Planning and Scheduling:

  Assisting in the planning and scheduling of MEP activities, ensuring they align with the overall project timeline.

• Cost Management:

  Monitoring MEP costs and contributing to cost-effective solutions for the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  Prior experience in MEP design, installation, and project management, preferably in a construction environment.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other MEP design tools.

• Problem-Solving Skills:

  Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
