Role Overview:

MEP Sales cum Project Engineer

🔑 Responsibilities:
  • Generate and follow up on leads for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing projects.
  • Meet clients, understand requirements, and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with design and execution teams for project planning and implementation.
  • Supervise site execution, ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements:
  • BE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    MEP Sales/Projects

    (HVAC experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing layouts.
  • Ability to read & understand drawings, BOQs, and project schedules.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client/site meetings.
