Job Summary:

MEP Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and execute all MEP works in alignment with project requirements and timelines.
Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and specifications with consultants and contractors.
Ensure installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems are carried out as per standards.
Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain quality and safety compliance.
Prepare technical reports, work schedules, and progress documentation.
Oversee procurement and material management related to MEP components.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
(Masters degree preferred).
1525 years
of proven experience in MEP design and execution for large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, electrical systems, fire-fighting, plumbing, and building automation systems
.
Experience in Metro or Rail projects
preferred.
Excellent understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Proficient in project management and MEP software tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, MS Project, etc.).
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
