MEP Project coordinator

·      B.E /B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with Minimum 3 Years of Experience in Project Execution, Vendor Co Ordination/ Vendor Management, Plant Operation/Maintenance, Project Management, Procurement/Purchasing.

·      Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Project Execution, Vendor Co Ordination/ Vendor Management, Plant Operation/Maintenance, Project Management, Procurement/Purchasing.

Project Co-Ordinator responsibility is below but not limited to following:

·      Arranging and attending the Kick Off meeting with internal team and Client.

·      Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with the relevant stakeholders.

·      Attending Onsite Visit/ Meeting with the Client. Preparing, Documenting and circulating the minutes of the meeting with all the stake holder

·      Initiating search for the new vendors and assessing the same with the reporting manager.

·      Documenting the tender document with relevant project details.

·      Documenting the Data Sheet with relevant project Details.

·      Co Coordinating with client if the necessary.

·      Preparing the Hand over Document for the Client.

·      Coordinating, Documenting and circulating the GFC drawing with the internal team and Client.

Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
