Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop detailed models of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Conduct site visits to gather data and information for modeling purposes.
Develop and maintain accurate documentation of modeling processes and results.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to modeling software and data.
Ensure all models meet required standards and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of building services engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to building design and construction.
