Job Description

Position: MEP Modeller

Location: Bangalore/Gurgaon

Exp: 6+ yrs

Qualification: BTech (Electrical / Mechanical)

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify BIM models for building services, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Collaborate with UK project team to gather project requirements and ensure model accuracy.
Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and address potential issues in the design.
Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation from the BIM models.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, tools, and technologies.
Ensure that all models comply with the relevant standards and guidelines.
Proven experience as a BIM Modeller, preferably within the building services sector.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks).
Strong understanding of building services design principles and standards.
