MEP Manager

Hiring MEP Manager for a leading real estate company for a township project spread across 100 Acre in Jhansi.

Requirements -

Education - BE/ B. Tech - Mechanical, Electrical

Experience - 8+ Years in MEP

Should have handled a team.

Experience of a residential township project covering around 100 Acre or more area

• Lead and manage all Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) works for large-scale building and township projects.
• Ensure compliance with NBC norms, IS codes, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, and civil teams for seamless project execution.
• Review and validate MEP designs, shop drawings, and execution methods.
• Supervise contractors/vendors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/coordination issues effectively.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and resource utilization.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and local authorities for statutory approvals.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and compliance records.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, STP, WTP, DG, and ELV systems.
• Proven track record in residential, commercial, and township projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
