Job Description

About Company:

The company is a multi-national Project Management and QS/Cost Consultancy with offices in Africa, South Africa, UAE, KSA, Australia, UK and Hyderabad India.

Role & responsibilities:

We are recruiting QSs with a completed degree in Mechanical, .
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with QS measurements using Autocad, Cost X, Panswift, Bluebeam etc.
Previous Consultants experience would be beneficial, however coming from contractors is also ok.
If you have worked pre contract on Middle East projects it would be a plus and should be clearly mentioned on the cv
You role will be to do the measurements, BOQs and estimates.
If you have used any international methods of measurement such as POMI, CESMM, SMM7, NRM2 please make sure you cover this on your cv.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Mechanical Engineering,
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience
Skills: Autocad, Costx, Panswift, Bluebeam etc.
Role: Junior MEP Quantity Surveyor-Mechanical
