Job Title: Civil Site Engineer / Project Manager

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years (Preferred: Corporate Interiors & Architecture)

Reporting To: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer / Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of corporate workspace projects, including civil, architectural, and interior works. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, technical site knowledge, and hands-on experience in the execution of high-end commercial and corporate fit-outs.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and manage daily on-site operations for corporate interior and architectural projects.

Coordinate with architects, designers, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Monitor subcontractors’ and vendors’ work progress, resolve site issues, and ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports, material logs, and client updates.

Conduct site meetings with clients and internal teams, presenting progress reports and action plans.

Review and certify bills from contractors and vendors.

Handle procurement and resource allocation in coordination with the purchase department.

Ensure final handover with all snag lists completed and client satisfaction secured.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
