MEP Engineer ( Site Engineer)

JOB TITLE : MEP ENGINEER (SITE ENGINEER)

LOCATION : MADAMPATTI , COIMBATORE

JOB TYPE : FULL TIME

JOB DISCRIPTION : We are looking for an MEP ENGINEER (site Engineer) to join our team Job involves designing , planning and supervising mechanical , electrical and plumbing systems for residential projects. Candidate will ensure compliance with Indian standards and coordinate with consultants/ contractors and deliver projects on time and within stipulated budget.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Prepare BOQ , Cost estimates and Technical specifications

2. To coordinate with Architects and structural engineers and contractors to resolve site issues.

3. Design and review Electrical and plumbing drawings.

4. Manage testing , commissioning and handover of MEP systems.

5. Monitor installation works , conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

1. B.E/B.TECH IN MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

2. 3-5 Years of relevant experience.

3. Proficiency in Auto CAD ,Revit MEP and other design tools.

4. Good project management and communication skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
