MEP Engineer (Residential Project)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee installation of all Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing services. Review and verify service drawings, layouts, and BOQs. Coordinate with consultants and contractors for service execution. Monitor progress and quality of concealed wiring, piping, HVAC ducting, and fittings. Ensure systems align with architectural and civil design without conflict. Support integration of smart home solutions, fire safety systems, and energy backups. Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 10-15 years of hands-on experience in residential MEP works. Strong knowledge of electrical load management, HVAC systems, and plumbing standards. Familiar with coordination of MEP services in high-end finishing environments. Site supervision and vendor coordination experience is a must.
