Senior Civil Engineer - Residential

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site execution of civil and structural works. Ensure quality control of RCC, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Monitor material usage, maintain daily progress reports, and site documentation. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, standards, and within timelines. Uphold site safety, labor management, and local regulation compliance. Candidate Profile: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 15+ years of experience in residential/commercial building projects. Strong technical knowledge in RCC, finishing, and construction methods. Ability to independently manage site operations and labor. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and site documentation.
